Spiegler Brake lines
« on: June 02, 2017, 02:24:27 PM »
The Spiegler brake line kit (ABS version) I got went well enough for the rear set. The front set include the right part from the master cylinder to the junction under the tank. The other part had a F10 connector with a banjo.

No worky, nothing on that part of my bike plays banjo. Spiegler was kind enough to send me a 390mm line with 2 F10 connectors which is the standard internally threaded connection. Seems the junction under the forks requires an F11, which has a groove to fit within the mount.

Wonder if I should risk it. I mean it's not a perfect match and there is no groove on the F10. It would likely be unanchored in the mount.

Anyway, Thanks to Spiegler for sending another line albeit not a perfect match.
