On my 1991 K 1 left side knee pad there are three switches.
Hazard and ABS. The third is a blank
What is the function of the ABS switch?
I would think that ABS brakes would be on all the time.

I did a quick search, using the search button, and found out it's for resetting the ABS system.

there should not be an "on" position. should be spring loaded and only function is to temporarily kill the abs warning light if there is a malfunction.

Mine seems to be a rocker switch.
Down the light on the switch comes on. Up it goes off
It does not appear to be spring loaded.

Hmmm. Maybe k1 actually allowed you to turn of the abs?
