K1100RS rear end

I was having a close look at my K's rear end today.
I've got a pretty good eye for a straight line, and I noticed that the rear mudguard is not quite lining up with the rear tyre and seems to skew ever so slightly off to the right.
I confirmed that it it's slightly off, by measuring from the bottom of the indicators to the ground (perfectly flat surface), and yes, the L/H indicator is nearer to the ground by about 5mm.
I was just wondering if maybe the subframe is slightly bent, or if it's a common occurrence in the assembly process.
I once owned a brand new FJ1200, and it was a lot worse straight from the show room.
Perhaps I could ask a favour and ask you guys to look at your rear mudguards and tell me if you notice if it's not quite straight relative to the tyre.

If the K1100 mudguard is like the K75 mudguard, you may just need to remove it, clean off the mud, and reconnect it. It's just a few screws.

To be honest yes, just a little.
Not something anyone would notice unless they stood there staring at it.
I certainly never noticed it before, till I took the rear wheel out yesterday to have a new tyre fitted.
That said, it did occur to me that if the tragkorb rails fit perfect - which they do - then the subframe must be OK.
I took both sides off yesterday, and there was no "spring" and the holes line up perfect.
If it were bent, then the bolt holes wouldn't line up I suppose.

Sounds like one of the seat pan rubber spacers could be gone.
