Wiring Acewell Speedo

Morning Motobrick!

I have run into a little snag finishing my project.  After riding around like this for a couple months, I have decided to get serious and do some soldering. After cleaning everything up and connecting...no power besides clock to the acewell speedo. Starter relay is still clicking and brake lights still functional.

Currently connected:
Clock power
starter switch
Tac
ground

Is there any thing that needs to be connected further? Or a otherout areas of thethe electrical system i should be checking?

Are you pulling in the clutch?  Do you know if your clutch switch is good?

Thanks for the quick responses!  The k100 forum has been a huge tool in my rebuild, from this I installed with the minimal wiring necessary for the bike to come on. Right now the bike alive, but the instrument cluster will not turn on. With same wiring configuration, prior to yesterday, bike would start with out clutch engaged or trassmission in neutral position. After cleaning up what i could, second fuse is burning out when key is turned to run position. Does this mean I may be using incorrect ground from wiring harness?

#2 is the parking light fuse.

What's an "incorrect ground?"  All of the brown wires on the bike are ground and connected to each other.

Well a common problem with this bike has been the forward controlls. Currently trying to rebuild front brake light switch, i can only imagine starter switch is shorting some where. With everything on fuse two does this sound most plausable? Also could this be linked to no power on speedo?

Well connected cluster power and starter switch to same connection on acewel (red) starter. Working on running lights now. Herez the new front of bike.

Are you ever planing on riding in the rain?  Those horns will collect water.  Why not point them straight down like BMW does?

Well hadn't really rain proofed the bike yet. But the horns may be turned down, still getting everythimg bolted on. Should i be worried about no alternator cover in the rain?
