Rear fender eliminator / short fender kit for K75?

Um most people use this bike for touring so want a bigger rear fender!
You can remove the part hanging down or the plastic on top. Some have
put aftermarket cafe style plastic there. You can remove the inner fender
easily. But no no one makes a fender eliminator specifically for this bike
(as far as I know)...

Should be easy enough to make your own. 

Remove the rear part of the fender.

Make your own simple bracket to hold the license plate so that it bolts to:

Now is there any way to make the orange turn signal lenses clear?

The second photo is of the fender eliminator.  In fact, it appears to be the actual fender cut down to look like a fender eliminator.  It is very convincing and cheap to implement.

Whoever did that had to modify (angle up) the rear of the frame that the "wedge" usually rests on.
