If I may give my opinion, my '93 Mystic is a more refined model, upgraded suspension, smoother ride due to ABS adding weight and yet nobody is interested in a flawless Mystic with 18k low miles.
As for the '91:
This site doesn't work well as an ersatz auction site. Sellers in the past that have tried "testing the water" the way you are, had similarly disappointing response. Many buyers are wary of sale offerings without prices. Decide your lowest price; set a posted price and bargain from there.
As for the '93 ad. Posting on BaT usually does the trick if no reserve has been set, but your experience was an outlier. I hope you sorted out that discrepancy in the paperwork for future sales.
With no reserve, either of these Bricks would sell on BaT if the paperwork was unassailable. It's a crap shoot, of course, but sometimes the final prices can be pleasantly and surprisingly high. More often, with specimens like yours, the sold-price is in the 4500–3000 USD range. What surprises me is café racers, with all their impracticality, awkwardness, and discomfort, go into the 6K to 9K USD range. Maybe you should strip yours to their bones, and sell the leftover parts here.

Both of yours are good specimens but demand is down and the parts supply—both domestic and aftermarket—is diminishing. In some cases, part prices are increasing.
Good luck with your sale!
