I really like how you up-engineer identified or suspect weak points. My brother roadraced and had sensors all over the bike, a project with Intel, to continuously evolve the platform and motor.
I had a custom radiator (twin fan) made for a mid-engine car, that increased the coolant volume. The pressure dropped and the fix was easy ... a slightly smaller pump pulley, 12% in my case. No issues with bearings. The brick is so compact, pressure drop may not even be noticed. Looking forward to the pics., and are they anodizing the radiator?
