Ground wire to battery?
« on: April 10, 2018, 05:20:14 PM »
I have a question. Does this cable (under thumb in picture)go to the ground side of the battery?  I know the small one goes to the tab on the computer, just wondering about the one with the ringed terminal. I appreciate the help

If the far end of that cable goes down to the gearbox housing on the left side of the bike, then yes it is a ground cable.  If it disappears into the relay box, then no it is not a ground wire.

Whatt he said.  Other end should be bolted to GB.

Yes, other end is normally connected to the gearbox at the inner mounting bolt for the starter.
