Check the lever for excess wear. Fit a grease nipple to the clutch arm.

Clutch lever/cable perch related parts to consider:
Clutch lever nylon sleeve bushing 32721451796
Clutch lever nipple holder 32721233550
Felt Ring (may or may not be included with OE cable): feltring 32721231610
Felt Ring slides into the cable adjuster, shaped more like a very small dowel then a ring

Throttle twist grip tube and cam disc have alignment marks
New and improved cam disc 32721457036 requires cover 32721457037
Throttle Adjust
http://www.bmw-k100rt-page.eu/manual/FuelOil/18_FuelLub.htm
as per Inge:
The throttle cable have been changed two times...first version have a adjustement sleeve ~halfway length,
second version have a black plastic collar at the lower end...third version have a white plastic collar.
All inner cables have different length and a different lower bracket.....which can't be mixed.

I found the Venhill clutch cable to be a bit thicker than the OEM but it fit and works fine.
Be sure to clean and lube the clutch lever barrel during installation and regularly after that.
