No Facebook links. There has to be a place to escape that insidious site somewhere and that place is here. That includes donkey Facebook pages, especially when they have a perfectly serviceable web page.

Mystic, perhaps you or JO should notify new members that insufficient threads/posts may be hijacked, violated, or corrupted by otherwise normal inmates in the asylum.

I agree fully with you and JO on the whole "read this before posting"...I like the wall of shame (this first to volunteer).  But if the wall of shame is the only punitive measure, you may be over-run w/brickers seeking notoriety :hehehe (as pointed out by trueace, credit where due).  I was proposing the addition of more harsh penalties :twak: with the potential to effect a change in behavior.  The first one that popped into my head was hijack a post.  Nothing irritates like asking a question and getting an entirely irrelevant answer :yes.  The other obvious one, which should perhaps be stated, is that no answer is directly correlated to the deficiency of the post.

I don't wish to be overly negative here, BUT, it appears there a two donkey facebook links on the home screen.  Is HC experiencing excessive post/moderator volume?  Hypocrisy on this scale is a detriment to this noble institution :popcorm
