Hand grips

All
I now have a 1990 bmw k100 lt. I bought it from a friend that had it sitting for 3 years. Needless to say I spent my winter stripping it down and tracking down why it wouldn't start. It was obviously all about fuel crud. Anyway, now I have started riding it and working on upgrading minor parts as I go.  Any suggestions which website can supply new handgrips?  I hope to use this forum to help me stumble through some of the wrenching so be patient.

Got some of those foam "pussy grips" and put them on as suggested.

Makes the grip significantly bigger - fine with bare hands or summer gloves. Haven't tried the winter gloves yet... after all this is East Coast Australia and a K100 RT.

K1100LT had nothing but foam grips (vibration isolation). No doubt there is a perfect mid point

Not sure if I like it.

Don't get sidetracked by Guy's use of language. The holes in the grips are only for allowing them to slip over the existing grips. Any other use is not covered by warranty.

i was gonna spray some lps3 wax coat in there and give it a go...hope that lps3 id slippery...
