The author claims that "rolling contact" causes little, if any, tire wear.  I wonder why tires with lots of freeway miles square off if rolling contact causes such minimal wear?

(Take that article with a grain of salt.)

I was hopin' it would explain the Bugs bout with uneven wear. ;)
