Ok, so my build is moving forward but now when the fun starts and it was time to start it up again.. the engine rushes (in lack of better description)
I turn it on and it is like air is leaking in, it just revs and sound horrific.
Some things I can mention has been done since it was running perfect:
I´ve hade the fuel tank of the bike for some time, and put it back. One of the steel hose clams has been replaced with a plastic strap just for the moment being.
All plastic has been removed so now the air intake is more open but still the OEM airbox is used, the sensor has not been moved.
Stock exhaust has been replaced with 4 short straight pipes without any silencers.
The throttle wire has been changed to a longer version.
Made a quick clip so the problem is more visualized.
I guess air is leaking in but I can't figure out where and why, nothing major that could causes this has been change.. I think.. The plastic strap is a given thing but I can't feel it should have such a big impact, the hose is quite tight secured..
Any tips?
