Is this a K75 compatible seat?

While searching Craigslist via Searchtempest I found this:
http://baltimore.craigslist.org/mpo/5281125807.html
Judging by its shape and the bottom of the seat pan, does this truly look like a K75 seat? It's a deal I'd like to snag

The pan underneath sure looks like a K.
K75 and K100 seats are interchangeable EXCEPT the early (1985) K100 seat has a different shape of the aft corner. Look at pictures of bikes from different years and you'll see what I mean: The later bikes have a pillion grab handle built into the cowl. That's key. You can tell from a picture, if the seller will send you a clear straight on shot from the side.
Oh and also standard and low seats are not interchangeable.

Looks exactly like mine, which, BTW, is the most comfortable seat I've ever put my biking tush into. It's a Russel. If it's exactly the same as mine, it's a "low seat" and needs the low seat tank/side cover. I'll take some pics for you to compare.

Here, are the pics of mine. The c-list seat is different than mine in that it is NOT the "low seat" but the regular height. Other than than it looks to be the same model Russel and is an excellent buy at $75.

greetings...
after looking at that russell on a full size computer... im thinking its not the gen 1... itsa gen 2... which means the small of the back wont hit the bracket... not as pretty as next gen where the bracket was hidden...
looks to have leaf springs... your womans butt will be happy sitting on this seat...
id ask for it to be boxed up and shipped...i think fedex ground is least costly... keep the box if you need to move another seat...

Even it costs you $50(worst case) to ship it, it's still a good deal at that price. :2thumbup:

While I don't exactly trust having craigslist sellers ship things I may try that. The seller replied to a couple texts of mine and was going to be get with me with a side shot and any other info on the sticker but hasn't gotten back with me. I'll try contacting them again today

I picked up a Russell Daylong from Mike (mw074 here on Motobrick). Great guy to chat with and do business with. Check with him him if you're in need of parts because he probably has what you're looking for and his prices are quite reasonable.
If anyone else can get hold of the CL seller in Maryland I'd suggest picking up that seat since it still seems like a good deal

Thanks for the " tip of the cap." But it's mw074. A pleasure to do business with you.
