Service intervals on K's

Hi Guys

Can anyone give me the definitive answer of what the service intervals are on K bikes ?
As I understand it the 11's and some K75s are 6K intervals and before that it was 4.5K is that right
Having asked that and leaving out things like spline jobs etc. is there an accepted idea of what the intervals should be if not factory ?
