Hi,
What specific problems are you having? For example, is it hooked up and not working at all? Are you just plain confused as to where to start and need pointers?

It can be daunting to understand all the wiring in the bike and how to adapt an aftermarket device to the electrical system.
There have been discussions about the Acewell gauge on the K100 in both this forum and the K100-forum. These discussions also include
the Acewell wiring diagram and the corresponding K100 wire mapping table
. Study this information and see if you understand it.
Other good links with information:

There are some functions that you will remove from the bike by removing the OEM speedometer. Some of these functions will be able to be recreated using auxiliary circuits you build yourself. Others will not be reproducible, but they will not be missed either.
If after consulting the links above, you still have specific questions, then ask away.

Thanks Robert! Great answer.
Yes the BMW is.. well special.. when it comes to electrics.. I´ve worked a lot on my V-rod before and I thought that one was hard.. compared to BMW it was straight forward ;)
