Nice work. How did you mount the gauges? Did you keep the big aluminum(?) counterweight on the bottom?

No the counterweight is removed, and we designed a new bracket that holds the gauges at an angle that works with the number plate as well.

Cool. I've been slowly converting my 1990 K75S to a naked bike and that's one of the last things I need to do.

Did you trim down the seat pan? If so would you mind sharing the dimensions? I love how you used it in the build. Looks stock!
