The bike that I am trying to buy, ticking noise from the engine

Trying to figure what is the ticking noise coming from the engine area, something that I need to worry about. I searched this forum and there was one but unfortunately there was no video so I am not sure if the ticking noise is the same or not.

Did the sound seem louder on the left side or right side of the engine?
Unable to tell from the video, did it seem to have more of a metalic solid sound? or more of a softer 'puff' sound.

I turned off the engine and started it up again, it's the same ticking noise.
