Has lots of good reviews from MC riders. With tax and 97 cent shipping it was $20.64 shipped to my door.

Well, I've got and it it seems like it would fit a stock seat fairly well. Haven't really put any miles on it though. FWIW it got some decent reviews over at ADV.
