The head is worth something even on a 2-valve, so long as it has some life left in it. Check the valve shims, if they are more than say 2.3mm, the head is probably saleable.
The covers, both sides, are worth selling. Those get scuffed in crashes and tipovers.
Pull the hall senders off the front. Was it running? At the very least, you could sell them cheap As-is to someone.
