Newbie K owner
« on: September 01, 2014, 11:53:39 AM »
Greetings Motobrickers,
This is my first post and my first BMW motorcycle, a '94 K11RS with 41000 miles. I bought it from the second owner who's close friends of the original owner, a BMW mechanic who bought it brand new. Really enjoying the bike but only using it for commuting and the occasional evening ride, hoping to get out for a trip in the spring.

I do appreciate the efforts of all the kind folk who share their knowledge and experiences with the rest of us, I've already scoured your threads for information, it's been very helpful. i.e Just caught on to the 1 quart of oil consumption at 1500 miles, read the thread just in time!
Anyway, I'll head over to the correct page to post any new questions I may have.
Thanks all and happy bricking!
