Hello all,

My name is Jim and I'm from Ohio. I'm not sure why it took me so long to find this place, but here I am.

I bought my '87 K100 sight unseen from my realtor. All she told me was it wasn't running and it was a BMW. It was her son's bike and he moved across the country and she could no longer store it for him so it had to go. It was my first bike and I knew nothing of BMWs. I thought I could get it running, clean it up a bit and make a few bucks on it. Three years, 30,000 miles, and a repaint later it's obvious that it's not going anywhere.

I look forward to getting to know everyone.

Thanks for having me,
Jim
