K75 standard radiator fairing help please

My bike didn't come with a radiator fairing. I bought one used and it arrived today. Installed fine. I'm wondering if there is supposed to be some type of seal to fill the gap between the fairing and the tank or if my is as it should be. Photo below. I'm also needing help to mount the front brake line bracket. A photo would be great. My bike came with an R100rs fairing and I'm assuming my front brake line has some extra gromets that I need to remove. Thanks.

Mine has a similar gap and others that I've seen have it too, so I think that's the way it is.

Just silicone. They are tight though. Probably should
