Would a shock off a 2002 K1200 LT work my 85 K100 ? I think it might be a long shot but thought I would ask . Thx

greetings jeffhestand...
i was curious so i spent 3 minutes investigating...
the k1200lt rear shock mounts to the frame and the swing arm differently than it does on the k75 k100 k1 k1100...
