K100RS
« on: July 03, 2013, 05:03:38 AM »
about a month ago while filling up i noticed a k100rs in the window. had a closer look and  saw it was for sale. R29995. Our currency is called RAND and is about 10 to 1. ie. 10 US cents. really lovely bike. almost immaculate. glacier green with only 16000 kms.Yesterday it was no longer there. asked  salesman and he said  sold. ok and i walked away and he volunteered. R15000. i cannot understand why these fabulous bikes have  such poor resale value.
I Live In Cape Town South Africa.  I Ride A 1986 K100RS.
