'86 K75T PART

WTF is this little piece?  Noticed it on the ground under my bike after a spring cleaning.  Not sure if it's from the bike or was on the ground before?  Thought it might be a rubber bumper for the side or center stand but no missing pieces on those.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

Is that the rubber thingy that the bottom of the underseat tray snaps onto?

There four metal prongs on the frame under the seat. There should be four of those rubber washers on those prongs. They are used to hold the tool box.
