« on: April 08, 2013, 02:05:17 PM »
I am trying to do a paint job on the upper fairing but i cannot see how to remove the headlight, there are 2 screws on the top but i cannot see or feel any fixings underneath, there is no info in the haynes manual so hopefully someone here can help. its a 93 K75RT.
Thanks Lou

There are three screws holding the headlight in, one is at the bottom middle if I remember correctly.

Yep, three of them, two on each side, high. and the third on the bottom, exactly centered.
If you take the fairing off the motorcycle before you take out the headlight it is super easy to see.  Perhaps you're not removing the fairing?

Thanks for the help, i suspected there may be another screw but as the indicators are located on a "lug" i thought possibly the headlight was the same.I had thought i would do this with the fairing on but i may strip it if i cannot get at the screw.
