Yeah It has been a crazy year for me fiscally, relationship wise, education, and work wise! I've finally kind of caught up in several ways and have some time to work on nessy, ride, and write on this lovely forum! I was not at the hospital where the capt clocked out at. I live farther out from the city luckily! a sad day indeed.

Had a chat with my painter on the way back from dropping off the bellypan at Line-X today. he said he could be ready thursday afternoon.... this means I could be riding this weekend. If so I might have to call out of work for a day just to enjoy the free time with my woman. I am getting antsy to get her back together. Have some photos of the current paintwork and bellypan. Thanks to duck for the point towards Line-X for the bellypan. It will go great with the CBR/harley orange mix paint and I am looking forward to having both of my bags coated in the stuff this year as well.

Paint came out really nice!  You're right, it will look sharp with the line-x bellypan.

From pieces to an actual thing. this whole paint process has been maddening. being patient and waiting for the work to be done and then taking your time with the work when putting it back together sucks. especially when all you want to do is be on two wheels in a mountain road somewhere. lost to everything but yourself. I finally got her all the way back together. Changed the oil and running seafoam in the fuel to help clean her out. she is gorgeous. I cannot wait until the 90 days are up for the clear coat to fully harden and I can put my tank bag on and really look pristine!
