can sumone pleas explane how to fit fan switch to pree 85 k pleas. as to what typ of relay to ues our if it is safe to wire a switch in without using a relay in this model :hmm:

I'd use a relay that's rated for at least 7.5 amps:
Pin 85: run through your switch to ground
Pin 86: switched power
Pin 30: tap into the rear side of fuse 7 (fan fuse)
Pin 87: power out to fan (yellow/violet wire
