Ok so I am thru with resetting the abs every ride, it's time to disable this sucker so any ideas how to disable the abs more importantly those blinking lights on the dash!!! Do I pull a/multiple relays (1990 k75rt) thanks in advance

Thanks you really are the k guru, I don't normally like things "disabled" it annoys me, I like to fix things, I may try to read the code first, many thanks, oh yes my k has done about 113k

My first guess would be that your battery is getting old.
Check your front and rear sensor gaps too. (The rear sensor gap can be adjusted by loosening the caliper mounting bolts, putting a feeler gauge in between the sensor face and ABS and then re-tightening the caliper mounting bolts.)
