Touring in the Pacific Northwest
« on: July 26, 2012, 06:39:58 PM »
Looking toward to next month's tour of the Pacific Northwest, I'm wondering what I should do to prepare.  I hope to visit some of the San Juan Islands.  Since they are served by ferries, and we'll be on motorcycles, should I pack tie downs to secure my baby aboard ship?  I'm expecting the waters to be very calm, but I'd like to be prepared for other conditions  -- kinda like having your rain gear as insurance again a downpour   :tongue

It is all inland waters and tie-downs are not necessary. Put it on the side stand in first gear.
Once I had a Collie pup. Dug a hole and covered him up. Now I sit there by the hour. Waiting for a Collie-flower.
