I refrained from telling the parts manager where to stick it because something was ordered a month and a half ago and still hasn't arrived. So I focused on the things I can fix and administered grease in places, looked at Motoport gear. And ate. And worked :musicboohoo: you? That's assuming you order parts every week as I've been. Which is a martyr. Rather be riding.

I buy most of my parts from Motobins in UK and get them quicker than if I ordered them from the dealer in my state and a heap cheaper.

They're good, I just wish they sold a snorkel.

CB, why did you order a new sidestand?  Mine appears to be extra lean angle and was thinking I needed a new one also?

Bob

Last year my center stand footpeg piece snapped off at a gas station, bike hit hard when it fell.  I just decided to be a bit pro active and order a new one before a metal fatigue problem leaves me fighting the insurance company again.

CDB, did you also order the bushings and bolt that holds it on?
I've replace both of them already on my '97 as they wore and gave the bike more lean.

That is bananas, Crapdealerbob. Thought that would be the last thing to break, right up there with the K frame itself! It'll be good when the new one is back on though I'm sure.

Yes, all the parts are in except the actual sidestand.
