Where's TaosBrick been?
« on: May 04, 2012, 12:59:45 AM »
Well uh, I kinda been taking an excursion to the airhead side o things. Yep, I went and bought that R75/5 café racer.

It's been fun alright, but it is definitely NOT a K! But now I'll have something to ride whilst plowing thru my first spline lube on Chile Red, and hopefully soon replacing my left fork tube.

Lots of wonky crap to work through, overfilled FD, too tight clutch cable (spun clutch while going up the High Road), No washer on the driveshaft shock mount :yow , valves way overdue for adjustment - y mucho mas piddly mechanical shite.

Mr. PO was more into cosmetics than mechanical substance. Thank God I took this whip off his hands before something bad happened!

It has a pleasant rumble, but is pretty well baffled. I likes it!

Seein' your wifes Virago in the background, you do know those convert into one of the best looking cafe bikes around. Just do an image search for Virago Cafe Bike.
