i met the flying duck in redlands... we were gonna roll the big bear n the crest n glendora... but the roads were all mucked up from 2 weeks of rain here in socal... so we decided to head for the desert... not many photos cause it rained or was thick with misty most of the time... this year i have wasted 3 digicams with water... so i never took mine out of its trusty ziplock bag...

these were from friday... only 3 shots...







on saturday we rolled over the ortega with the old surf dog n the nawdbkr to meet the flying duck at penfolds in temucula... fjrme took us there for breakfast and it was wonderful... so this is the rebound for lunch...

the  ortega highway... 3 year old licorice on the orange county side... 100% yeeeehaaaaa...























w t f... riverside county just f ed this road... ch1tty chip seal job... and instead of doing the whole road... they just did each lane leaving the center line... this is a terrible surface... its only a couple month old and its already wearing off... it the the whole way from the oc county line to the bottom of the hill... unbelievable...

we were gonna roll up to the palms to pines n split but the flying duck had his g p s set to paved only n he wanted to try a new road... yeah... did i mention yeah... yeah...

our 1st occurrence of running out of motobrickable asphalt,,,
