Fork Oil Change

BIKE:  1991 K100 RS

Question:  Brian Curry's write up on quantities  lists 380 CC for change and 400 CC for disassemble.  Clymers manual lists only one value, equal to 400 CC, yet that is the value referred to in the procedure for fork oil change.  Which value is correct for an oil change?

380 cc is the correct value.

The Clymer "book of lies" is WRONG about numerous volumes,for example 4 quarts of engine oil.

FYI: The U.S. K100(2V) and K1100 rider manuals from BMW also list the oil quantity as 4 quarts when the filter is changed.
