I'm talking about a geological preserve of Atlantic Ocean beach oolitic limestone rock formations along Jupiter Island, FL. Heavy surf can create geysers of ocean water through the rocks.

Was up to Blowing Rock in your region decades ago, before it was decked out like it is now. It's a beautiful overlook. You've got an attractive campground down there in NC!

I had an unplanned 'get-off' about 5mi south of you on 421.

From 2005 to 2021 i was 6 months in apopka fl and 6 months in shady valley tn. When the boss lady retired in may 21 we moved to tn full time. Don’t miss the crime or traffic. Before we bought the property here i was a full time fl resident. Next time you are in the area let me know. Hate to hear about the get off. It happens to often around here. The mountains show no mercy.

We'll be back 4/26-5/2 next spring. We stay up in Marion VA.
I didn't like the idea of the ditch either.....  I ended up parting that bike out and rebuilding a '97 that I have.
