This is great for stock bikes, or cafe racer conversions that need a clean solution to crankcase ventilation without the factory airbox.
It replaces the majority of the stock crankcase ventilation system. The separator in the air box and hoses to it from the crankcase can be removed.
The K1100/100 factory ventilation system works well, but overcomplicates the solution as draws from the timing cover where large amounts of oil can easily enter the hoses, forcing the integration of the separator into the design.
With this design, gases are pulled into the throttle body from the top, rear of the crankcase where there is minimal oil movement and an integrated labyrinth style separator. This is how the later K1200 bikes are set up from the factory, and ensures no significant amount of oil enters the intake tract.
Includes all hardware for assembly. Tools and RTV sealant required. (The RTV is a cleanliness measure that is used sparingly. It may not always be needed, but is recommended as an ensurance).

The manifold is made from industrial grade powder fused 3D printed TPU material. This process is far superior to the filament based 3d printers that most people are familiar with.
