Questions about Brick rehab

Well I finally got it on the road.  The delay was due to no registration/license plate.  It's tricky registering a vehicle when you're 1000 miles from your home state.
Anyway just took my first real ride.  About 20 miles.  Speeds up to 60.
Engine runs perfectly.  No hesitation, smooth acceleration.  Brakes, lights, etc all good.

One strange thing.  When I first got the bike and had the engine acceleration/hesitation issue, it ran and started so easily with minimal "choke" lever or none.
Now that the engine runs great, I seem to need the "choke" whenever I start it, even when the engine is hot.  And I need to keep it on for a bit.
Strange as all the other issues went away after cleaning the injectors.
Granted the temp is 20-30 colder, I shouldn't need it when the engine is hot.
Anyway, I'll have to do a search for this.  Unless anyone here knows.
The heated grips work.  I have a new cooling fan and new fuel pump.

I did have the red light stay on.  But then I did a search and realized that once you use your front and rear brake, it goes off.

Next things to work on:

-seat hardware.  Im missing much of the locking/seat hardware. Its just sitting on the frame area
-side stand is way too leaned over.  I know the K75 is notorious for this, but mine is extreme
-my bike is missing the tray where the Bosch computer mounts to.  So it's kind of hanging there near the battery.  I'll zip tie it until I figure out what is missing.
-mount a digital voltmeter.  Just to see how the alternator is doing, especially when accessories are on.
-I have a slow leak in rear tire.  Are these tube tire/wheels?  Can a tube leak that slowly?  Doesn't go flat but it drops to the high 20's.
-clutch is very stiff.  Assuming it's the clutch cable?  I see them for sale on Ebay for reasonable price.

Once I had a Collie pup. Dug a hole and covered him up. Now I sit there by the hour. Waiting for a Collie-flower.

Thanks. I installed a Datel LED voltmeter today.
It was a quick temp job.  I have to find a good 12v source for this.  Most likely I'll use a relay so I can get the voltage at the battery.
Not sure f I should use the fuel pump circuit as a relay trigger?  I also want to use the relay for accessories.
