I found this in the bottom of my oil drain receptacle that I use for my car, Mercedes, and my bike. I did have an old e36 four or so years ago. The part number is not showing up online.

According to Realoem, it's a filler pad that fits between the right rear turn signal indicator and the body of a K bike.
