Identify Forks and fork oil amounts
« on: September 22, 2023, 11:33:26 AM »
I'm trying to find a way to identify which girls I have and how much oil they need. I found this link but it's dead http://www.ibmwr.org/ktech/fork-oil.shtml

Internet searches are your friend.  Took me all of one minute to find the owner's manual for your bike.

Go to page 38 of 42.

Once I had a Collie pup. Dug a hole and covered him up. Now I sit there by the hour. Waiting for a Collie-flower.

I ask because I don't know what trim my bike is and the forks in the bike may not necessarily match what's in the owners manual.

And I already did a search for fork identification and little came up that I could confirm as concrete other than the dead link. I appreciate the link to the owners manual, but talking down to someone trying to gather information isn't exactly helpful in building support for the community.
