FREE: K1100 engine and transmission
« on: November 11, 2022, 07:43:58 AM »
Yep, free! Come and get it.
From a 94LT, front end insurance salvage.
Engine offered as a “long block”,  has no accessories attached. Transmission and swing-arm included, no drive shaft.
Ran when I got it, it’s been sitting, collecting dust for 10 years.
According to odometer it has 28,000 miles on it.
It has been stored inside, collecting dust.

Ridding my garage of clutter and downsizing.

I am about 45 minutes southeast of Richmond, Va.

Thanks for offering up the K1100 engine and transmission. I'm interested. Would be coming from Matthews, NC. PM me if it is still available and we may be able to work out a pick up date and time. Thanks.

Excellent news!

Out of curiosity, do you happen to have the tragkorb brackets for the K11 RS? Or perhaps you know if these are universal?

Luggage "Z" racks are the same for all K75s, K100s and K1100s.
Once I had a Collie pup. Dug a hole and covered him up. Now I sit there by the hour. Waiting for a Collie-flower.

Do you need a pair of those brackets?  I think I have some around here somewhere that you can have for postage if I can find them.
