caliper bolt don't want to move....

Hi!,
i'm taking out the calipers, but one bolt don't want to move, it even bends my allen key.
What can i do?
i don't want to continue to hurt to bolt shape....
any advice is welcome

Heat! Be sure to use a key that fits snug in the head of the screw.  A couple days of soaking with penetrating oil before you go at it will help. 

Another possibility is to use a pneumatic impact wrench.  I have had good results with mine, especially after the penetrating oil and heat treatment.

1) Use a better Allen wrench. The Heyco ones that come in the factory toolkit are VERY good. Even using a long cheater bar, I have never bent an 8mm one, even on very stubborn bolts.

2) Apply some of your favorite penetrating oil (PB, Kroil, Liquid Wrench, Sea Foam Deep Creep, etc...) and let it sit for an hour.

3) Apply lots of heat to the bolt with an acetylene, propane or butane torch. Heat can work wonders getting bolts unstuck.

4) if you don't care about marking up the bolt head a little then use a 5/8" Irwin Bolt Grip. They are specifically made for dealing with tough bolts.

get a real hex socket.  something that isn't made out of al dente pasta.

LIQUID WRENCH Penetrating Lubricant and heat is my recommendation.

Frankenduck is well to know "5/8" Irwin Bolt Grip" exists, in the case i kill the bolt.
Monday i'll receive from USA some tools, so i'll be better prepaired for this bolt, meanwhile, i'll let the bolt soaking in oil.
I'll start cleaning and installing the repair kit in the free caliper.

I'll keep my angled Allen key to exhibit it in the M.O.M.A . as a conceptual piece of art.

Along with heat and penetrant I've had good luck with one of these before I got an electric impact driver.  With the proper adaptor, of course.

Use a hex socket and some heat.  It may have thread locker although medium strength blue should loosen without the heat.
+1 on the Irwin bolt grip set, it saved me a few times at the Chevy shop especially with stripped oil pan bolts, hex and Torx fasteners.

Hi, i'm back on track.
I've finished my job, so i can dedicate some hours to the brick.
Today i've received some parts, and tools.
I've finished the water-oil pump with th enew shaft, and i've applied heat and with a new head socket ( and some w40 2 days ago), the bolt unscrews easily.
