Hello all.
when taking off the inyectors of my K75C from 1986, i've seen a small debris going inside the combustion chamber.....
How can i clean inside without dismantling the engine?
i've not starting the engine after this episode
Any ideas??, i'm affraid if i leave it, it will scratch all the interior.....

I typed "blowing debris out spark plug hole" into google and it spat this out.

If debris has fallen inside your cylinder, you can tape one end of a  tube small enough to fit into the spark plug the hole and the other end of tube onto the end of a vacuum cleaner and use it to vacuum out anything loose.
Or blow debris out with compressed air.
 If that is not available take the plugs out and crank the engine and with some luck the debris will blow out the spark plug hole.

Try blowing or sucking it out, unless it's hard and metallic it probably won't hurt anything when you start the engine.

Be careful if sucking out debris with a vacuum cleaner with the injectors removed. Fuel vapor can ignite in the vacuum cleaner. Before removing the injectors try blowing and brushing away away the debris with a stiff artists brush. Home made reduction adaptors will allow to get in nooks and crannies, tape a piece of clear fuel hose into the opening of a vacuum cleaners crevice tool. My vacuum cleaner can be used to suck or blow. I'll use it around the engine on suck only if there is no fuel or degreaser vapor around otherwise it's set on blow.

+1 on not using a vacuum cleaner around fuel or anything flammable.

A long time ago at the place where I worked a maintenance man tried cleaning up a small mess under a work bench next to mine with a large industrial shop vac.  Somewhere in the mess was one of the solvents we used.  I think it was ether, whatever it was, it was very flammable.

The canister of the vacuum was a 55 gallon drum.  When the fumes in the drum exploded the side blew out, shredding the maintenance guy's leg.  He spent a couple weeks in the hospital and didn't come back to work for a couple months.  If the seam in the drum had been facing in my direction, I'd probably be walking with a limp today.

Hello, thanks all for your replies.
he bike is actually without fuel, and has not be used for 6 years.
Y cleaned the tank, and installed new punp, filters and hoses, despite other maintanance.
So, i'm ok to use the vacuum cleaner.
A guy from spain, suggsted me to fill the combustion chamber with oil, and then suck it, he believes that the debris will be ¨taken ¨by the oil...seems an interesting approach too.
But i'll start with the vacuum cleaner, and i'll build a filter, a cotton one, just to see if the debris was sucked...
I'll post the results, thanks all for your ideas!!

Ok, done.
well, i think...

i've attached a small rubber hose to a vacuum cleaner, and i've used to "aspire" inside the chambers.
Second, i've aplied compressed air to each chamber.
third, i've aplied compressed air and aspire at the same time.
I've donde this stuff in 3 engine positions, turning the rear weel a bit each time.
Well, i have some other works to do in the bike, but after starting it i'll post the result.....
