This is what happens when you don't use zip-ties.  :laughing4-giggles:

What tire sizes are you using to float that boat, Zork?

Zip ties? Ha. 110/80-18 and 150/70-17.

A black hole is where <insert favorite imaginary deity here> divided by zero.
To err is human. To do so repeatedly is evidence of imbecility.

Hardly oversized; more like husky. Eat more kale; use zip-ties; curse in Old Low Norse. :laughing4-giggles:

When it takes a pro who has been doing it for 11 years one hour to do what he normally does in ten minutes, it's oversized. It's like Ron White's best friend's girlfriend. He likes BIG girls.

- Damn, Fred. She's big.
- Well, she's had three kids...
- What, for lunch?

This wasn't one of those. The problem is that the tire wall would bend in two or three spots rather than cleanly line up with the bead. It took a shitload of work to get it to hold air so it would inflate and pop. He had to do it twice. (Well, actually three, in the last try he got the rotation direction wrong so I guess it was partly a bad day.)

From your description it seems like fully one of those. Maybe your presence was distracting. Did he charge you more because you were there?

I kept quiet unless he wanted to talk, so it wasn't that. He would not take more money for the extra work, so I gave him two bottles of my handmade hot sauce (www.marrayoparta.com).

I've tried that! It didn't kill the aphids. 177381
