No pics because I went there Saturday to watch the UW Huskies smash the WSU Cougars in the annual "Apple Cup" for state bragging rights.

They have a pretty varied menu there but the BBQ Cheddar Applewood Bacon burger looked interesting. Their "medium" is cooked a bit on the rare side but it's a nice big juicy burger with tons of delicious cheddar on it.  No puckage - a jumbo patty of "100% natural beef."  Not sure what that really means but it was a helluva burger.  Definitely among my top burgers for 2011. Full redline on the motobrickoburgometer.

They also have some top notch O-rings.

Boochee - I don't see cheddar or bacon...

I went back tonight armed with a camera.  Wanted another one of these and was pretty sure they'd have the Heehawks-Eagles game on. 

The menu:

I don't know what cheddar they use but it sure is tasty.  This burg is the perfect combo of bun, bacon, cheese and beef.  I ordered it medium-well this time - it was perfect.  Ain't no ethanol in this burger:
