New YSS rear shock
« on: June 03, 2020, 10:56:32 AM »

This is the YSS ME302-350T-01 350mm shock from the Suspension Store in der Nederlands. I'm working full-time now down at the 2020 Census shop so haven't had time to get a second shakedown cruise on Das Brick. I dialed off eight turns of the preload to get at least some sag in there, don't know why it would come wound so tight. When I get time there's plenty of ugly roads round here to ride to get it set up properly using Dave Ross's technique.

Yeah. He probably meant Bob Ross, the equanimous landscape painting instructor, who put a friendly little tree right here by this stream. Isn't that nice?
