Kato is ready to ride...  see you in an hour...

Once I had a Collie pup. Dug a hole and covered him up. Now I sit there by the hour. Waiting for a Collie-flower.

Back in my youth 1974, I resided in the Tustin/Santa Ana locale.  Elsinore used to be my stomping grounds.  8)

We ran the canyons HOT back then. Bit more crowded these days.

Here's the actual route we ended up taking.

Not a cloud in the sky.  Rode some of the bestest roads around here.  Not much traffic. Who could ask fo mo?

On the way to The Granny Knot.  No traffic on it.  Yeehaw...

Carving through the high desert:

Me and my shadow:

On the way to Palomar Mountain after the meet-up:

JO & MO tearing up the knarly twisties on South Grade Road:

Hangin' with the squids at the top:

Coming down East Grade Road:

Canopy on the way to Pine Ridge:

Pine Ridge map check:

Pine Ridge Ave:

Sunrise Highway:

Johnny used his EBT card to buy some $4.579 super:

Had lunch here in Pine Valley:

Pretty mediocre BLT. The O-rings were good though:

Winding our way back north on The Sunrise Highway:

Desert mastodons on the way to Borrego Springs:

Desert eagle:

Mandatory squatch pic at Ranchita:

The lengths some people will go to just to lighten up their bike a bit:

That is all....   carry on....

I've ridden many of those roads. Pretty much the best time I've had on two wheels.

REALLY want to go back!
