hey guys,
im new here and just bought my first bmw k series, dont know if is the good section
my last project was a cb750 took 2 years to build
was looking for a k100 or r100 but this k1 was really close to my area and bought it right away.
the bike was in storage for 5 years, my goal this season is to put it back on the road, master cylinder is stuck, battery dead, fuel pump dead, tank need to be clean, big tune up and I need to pass the safety because the bike was in storage more than 1 year.
At the beginning I wanted to do a cafe racer build but I read a lot and its kinda sad to destroy de bike, they only made 7000 copy, well will see what im gonna do with it
the exterior is in rough condition, the 2 side fairing are crack, not the original seat (I think), I think the previous owner use rattle can,
like I said dont know what I gonna do with it, do you know guys the value of this beast in mint condition?
