This was purchased and installed on a 94 K 75S, but I believe it will fit many other models / years, including K100's.

You will have to use your seat hardware, but the nuts are there. I think the stock seats use bolts. The seat is in very good shape with the exception of one fingernail sized blemish [pictured] that does not go all the way through. seams are tight , color is good. this was a definite improvement [for me] over the stock seat and looked great on the bike.
