Yeah, another one...no title no sale....
When are the sellers going to realize that it is easier to sell with title in hand, way easier to prove that it's less likely to be stolen.

I’m such a rube- never occurred to me it might be stolen.  Yikes.  Where in “central Iowa”?  I’m 50 north of Dubuque
